Dont Get Caught In The Scams

Everything is about the quick dollar, hype and misrepresentation of programs and schemes. It is sell sell sell and when you buy buy buy where is the support? Nowhere to be found! Sure there are some vague pages that tell you to do this or that, hey you even get emails offering advice on how you can be the next online success, I have had plenty of these and you guessed it they offer you schemes of grandiose, fame and fortune at the rock bottom price of $29.95 join now and we will guarantee you success. Grab your credit card go on join now we made lots of money so can you! Sure they made lots of money and they still are, off you! And anyone else that falls for this trick. I purchased an E Book out of curiosity the other day, it cost me $49 dollars and sure it was full of some pretty good material but after finishing it most of the information could be found online for FREE! And every link contained in that E book had a price attached to it. All it did was save me the bother of having to search for the information.
Now maybe there is something wrong with me but when I use a business I look for customer support, if I buy something off them I am paying some ones wages, I am contributing to keeping that business in business and in return all I ask for is a little customer support and guess what if I get it I will probably use them again and again.
Here is another classic example of no support. Actually 2 examples of no support one off line and the other one online. I will start with the online one first. I joined a business online which has some merit and I paid out some money in good faith to one of their affiliate groups. Now when it didn’t do quite what it said it would I contacted them by email, I did get a reply and it was 1 line and not even properly addressed it said “we can’t see anyone under you” that’s it that is all I got back in response. I have since sent them numerous emails and never had a reply. Well you know what I am doing don’t you! Cancelling and never dealing with them again. Now the offline situation, and you come across this everywhere and it really annoys me. For over 2 years I have been using a service and paying good money for it, and 2 months ago I started having issues so on the phone I get and contact them, I talk to a lovely & polite lady who informs me that the problem will be looked at. Great I get off the phone and think to myself that was great what a good company. 2 hours later my problem is still there so I ring again; another polite lady tells me the same story so giving them the benefit of the doubt I wait again. Your all waiting for this one and it is the truth after that phone call my problem was still happening so I rang again, to cut to the chase I made 37 phone calls and sent over 12 emails until finally I received a reply, that was over 7 weeks ago now and the problem has only just been fixed and I have had to contact them several times a day every day for this period. The worst thing is that until another business expands in to my area, my hands are tied I have to use this company. This situation is present everywhere I look and it is not good, what can we do about it ? I don’t have the answer it has been an ever increasing problem in our world and I don’t think any one person can change it.

Are You Struggling With GDI And Just About Had Enough?

Global Domains is a great way to make money if you can get sign ups, with every man and his dog competing for new clients it can be a daunting task. I have seen so many up lines completely ignore their down line and this is the problem with the whole concept, it was designed in good faith to provide a sound way to share wealth and encourage people to form relationships with others and thus create a solid profitable down line. GREED has taken hold with the heavy hitters just raping profit from new members by not providing support. Their attitude is sell sell and to hell with whoever joins underneath them.

As you may know I have been working in conventional business for most of my life and I am now setting up an online presence and during the last 2 months I have been testing the water with various online programs. I have spent 12 hrs a day 7 days a week learning, testing and talking to other people, I have found some core businesses that have some merit and can produce good results. But they all lack SUPPORT, none of the program operaters want to help YOU they just want to get more quick sign ups and more profit they don't want some one who has just joined bothering them with questions or asking for support. IN A NUT SHELL THEY DON'T CARE! ALL THEY WANT IS A QUICK KILL.

Well I know one thing I could not sleep at night knowing that I was just tricking people in to becoming involved in something they don't understand properly. It would be like me advertising for a employee to work as a labourer on one of my building sites and along comes a shoe salesman and applies for the job. Now this shoe salesman could probably do the job once I taught him how to measure, cut steel, use power tools etc But I know one thing if he was not shown how to do the job, it would never work. So the same thing applies here on the Internet, people need access to knowledge, they need support and someone to rely on not just while they are learning how to operate the business but forever.

A business needs solid foundations and a lot of factors need to be built in for it to succeed. A big part of success is based around having people that want to be part of its success, just like on a building site everyone needs to have the same plans and all the different trades need to co-ordinate their schedules to fit in with others. From the crew laying the foundation to the riggers, roofers, welders, carpenters, electricians,plumbers,final fit crew,painters and interior decorators they all need to work as one to have the building completed.

I believe I have come up with a way of helping my down line and not only supporting them in setting up a successful business but continuing to help them forever and give them knowledge and skills that can be passed on to others who in turn can pass it on again. It is a solid foundation on which we can all build and the best thing is that it is totally free and will always remain that way.

People power lets unite and give the greedy heavy hitters in this industry something to think about. We will never beat them but we can achieve, unfortunately cheats, tricksters and other rouges are ever present in other society and they will always be present but that does not stop us from succeeding honestly with integrity and respect for other human beings.

Last Week was a bit of a milestone for me. I have finally worked out a bit more about the way the Internet works. Gee whizz it is an absolute jungle out there! Now the big emphasis is on “a bit more” I don’t think I will ever learn it all and new comers should also be fully aware of this. Just when you have something mastered along comes a new way of doing it, now from what I have seen so far most of the programs and business opportunities are all structured around a few basic principles and guess what all of them have their advantages and downfalls. Conventional business, buy this I mean a business such as a physical retail store or a contracting business they also have their own advantages and downfalls. Take the building industry for example, 1 year ago I was doing a job in a remote location and we had about 1 week to go to finish it, well it started raining and that was the end of that we were stranded, we could not move any of the vehicles as they just kept getting bogged, we could not work so all of my crew had to just sit it out in the rain for a whole 6 days. We only had a make shift camp with a large canvas tarp as shelter which was very uncomfortable and our job which was only going to take 7 days ended up taking 18 days because you guessed it just when we got started again with our work it rained again. So what I am getting at here is that any business has its downfalls and if you think that is going to be easy, think again... The biggest one with an Internet business is advertising and promoting and it is from here that the 95% failure statistics are derived. I really do believe that nearly all of the programs that we see on offer everyday on the Internet can and do work. The trick is promoting them properly and to do that you also have 1000’s of program you can join, also full of merit but once again it is then learning how to use them and then seeing if they do a good job or not. Here is another example of business in the outside world, I was looking for some new workers and I ran an ad in a local newspaper for a cost of $275. 2 days went by and not 1 phone call, so I ran the ad again another $275, this time 1 phone call from a totally unsuitable candidate. The next thing I tried was a flyer on all the local public notice boards, still not one response. Can you believe it, well at the time I was looking for workers; a few new mines had started up and basically had recruited all of the available trade’s people, just my luck. Well disgruntled and not quite sure what to do next I headed to the local bar, sitting on the barstool having a beer, I struck up a conversation with a man sitting next to me. We started talking about employing people and how hard it was, after a couple of beers I still had not come up with a solution. Still disgruntled and unsure home I went, I arrived to find my teenagers friends had come visiting so one more shot at finding someone to work I asked them if they knew anyone. Bingo within minutes they had made a few phone calls and I had a new worker, actually 2 new workers. So all the time I was looking for someone they were out there but my advertising had just not reached them, exactly the same thing applies on the Internet. There are millions and millions of customers that are ready to use your services you just have to find them and here lies the problem, how do you find them?
Advertising can be very expensive and time consuming, take the Super Bowl, business pay millions of dollars to run a 30 second ad Why pay millions? The answer is exposure and at the Super Bowl they get it. In Australia the prime time for advertising is also with big sporting events. Just imagine how many hits your site would get with a prime advertising campaign like that; I doubt you would be able to keep up not to mention afford 2 or 3 million for the add. I have used this as an example of how advertising is a necessary evil, we as Internet Marketers cannot afford to be with out it.
