Dont Get Caught In The Scams

Everything is about the quick dollar, hype and misrepresentation of programs and schemes. It is sell sell sell and when you buy buy buy where is the support? Nowhere to be found! Sure there are some vague pages that tell you to do this or that, hey you even get emails offering advice on how you can be the next online success, I have had plenty of these and you guessed it they offer you schemes of grandiose, fame and fortune at the rock bottom price of $29.95 join now and we will guarantee you success. Grab your credit card go on join now we made lots of money so can you! Sure they made lots of money and they still are, off you! And anyone else that falls for this trick. I purchased an E Book out of curiosity the other day, it cost me $49 dollars and sure it was full of some pretty good material but after finishing it most of the information could be found online for FREE! And every link contained in that E book had a price attached to it. All it did was save me the bother of having to search for the information.
Now maybe there is something wrong with me but when I use a business I look for customer support, if I buy something off them I am paying some ones wages, I am contributing to keeping that business in business and in return all I ask for is a little customer support and guess what if I get it I will probably use them again and again.
Here is another classic example of no support. Actually 2 examples of no support one off line and the other one online. I will start with the online one first. I joined a business online which has some merit and I paid out some money in good faith to one of their affiliate groups. Now when it didn’t do quite what it said it would I contacted them by email, I did get a reply and it was 1 line and not even properly addressed it said “we can’t see anyone under you” that’s it that is all I got back in response. I have since sent them numerous emails and never had a reply. Well you know what I am doing don’t you! Cancelling and never dealing with them again. Now the offline situation, and you come across this everywhere and it really annoys me. For over 2 years I have been using a service and paying good money for it, and 2 months ago I started having issues so on the phone I get and contact them, I talk to a lovely & polite lady who informs me that the problem will be looked at. Great I get off the phone and think to myself that was great what a good company. 2 hours later my problem is still there so I ring again; another polite lady tells me the same story so giving them the benefit of the doubt I wait again. Your all waiting for this one and it is the truth after that phone call my problem was still happening so I rang again, to cut to the chase I made 37 phone calls and sent over 12 emails until finally I received a reply, that was over 7 weeks ago now and the problem has only just been fixed and I have had to contact them several times a day every day for this period. The worst thing is that until another business expands in to my area, my hands are tied I have to use this company. This situation is present everywhere I look and it is not good, what can we do about it ? I don’t have the answer it has been an ever increasing problem in our world and I don’t think any one person can change it.
